Vitamin B1, B6 & B12
Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 are used to treat vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficient syndrome. It's also used to assist the treatment of neuritis and non-inflammatory nerve disorders including diabetic neuropathy.
Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids and amino acids into energy, promotes nerve health, improves mood, and strengthens the heart. Vitamin B6 forms red blood cells, helps cells produce protein, and produces neurotransmitters, for example. Serotonin and the release of stored forms of energy help prevent CVS disease and stroke, help relieve depression, and relieve insomnia. Vitamin B12 is essential for cell replication and for the production of red blood cells. It can prevent anemia, help prevent depression, relieve nerve pain, numbness, tingling and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Vitamins are well absorbed orally. It is widely distributed in most tissues and occurs in breast milk. In the cell, thiamine mainly exists in the form of diphosphate. The amount of thiamine stored in the body is not large, and the amount that exceeds the body's needs will be excreted in the urine in the form of unchanged thiamine or metabolites. Pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration, and are converted into the active forms of pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxamine phosphate. They are mainly stored in the liver, where they are oxidized to 4-pyridoxic acid and other inactive metabolites, and are excreted in the urine. As the dose increases, the amount of urine excreted in the original form increases proportionally.
