Glucosamine Sulfate + Chondroitin
As a dietary supplement, it is indicated for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, hip, spine, hand, and other joints. It can also help with rheumatoid arthritis, sports injuries, migraines, psoriasis, vascular issues (such as atherosclerosis), kidney stones, and inflammatory bowel illness (e.g., ulcerative colitis, leaky gut syndrome).
Glucosamine is a naturally occurring amino-sugar that is created by the body and found in a variety of meals. It's the most basic building component for glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) like Hyaluronic Acid, Keratan Sulfate, and Chondroitin Sulfate production. GAGs bond to proteins to create proteoglycans, which are an important component of articular cartilage. Osteoarthritis develops when cartilage in a joint deteriorates. It also assists in the formation of ligaments, tendons, nails, and other connective tissues. When we take a supplement containing artificially generated Glucosamine Sulfate, our body's Glucosamine levels rise, making cartilage formation and repair easier. Chondroc is likewise activated by glucosamine

Antibiotics, antidepressants, antihypertensives, nitrates, antiarrythmics, anxiolytics, hypoglycemic drugs, antisecretives, and antiasthmatics have all been reported to have substantial pharmacological interactions with glucosamine and chondroitin. Chondroitin may help anticoagulants like Warfarin and Heparin thin the blood more effectively.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin have no known contraindications. However, documented hypersensitivity to Glucosamine and Chondroitin (e.g., allergies to shellfish or sulfur) is a contraindication.
There have been no negative effects reported in research using Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulfate. Side effects that occur infrequently (such as mild and reversible intestinal flatulence) are practically identical to placebo.
Supplementing with Glucosamine Sulfate or Chondroitin Sulfate is not recommended for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. The effects of glucosamine and chondroitin on a growing fetus have not been thoroughly researched. Glucosamine and Chondroitin use during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been studied. During pregnancy and nursing, it should be used with caution and medical advice.
Patients with Diabetes Mellitus are advised to monitor blood glucose levels regularly when taking Glucosamine. No special studies were formed in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency. The toxicological and pharmacokinetic profile of Glucosamine and Chondroitin does not indicate limitations for these patients. However, administration to patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency should be under appropriate medical supervision. Children should not be supplemented with Glucosamine and Chondroitin.
